Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re happy to ship to the majority of countries worldwide. Please note that due to the different postal services in different countries, shipping times and costs can vary. Customs and handling charges are not included in shipping charges, and these are the responsibility of the customer. We work hard to keep shipping costs to a minimum, therefore these are individual to different countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery inside the U.K. International orders may take 10-15 business days.

Order processing time takes 1-2 business days before shipment – checking your equipment is up to scratch and carefully packaging it by hand.

At peak delivery times unfortunately delivery may take longer than normal. During the Covid-19 pandemic, global and local delivery services are experiencing delays. You can ‘Contact Us‘ or email for updates on your order or use the tracking number from your confirmation email.

We aren’t always able to control or forecast any potential delays at the various postal services in the countries we ship to. Therefore, although we do our best, we do not guarantee delivery times and cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. If you required expedited delivery please contact us prior to placing your order. We may be able to offer this at an extra cost.


Please be aware following the United Kingdom leaving the European Union on 1st January 2021, there may temporarily be delays for deliveries to Europe due to further compulsorary customs checks (including Northern Ireland). Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not responsible for any costs or delays incurred due to customs processes.

My shipment hasn’t arrived in the specified time?

While some parcels can arrive early, others may experience delays. If it does not arrive within 20 business days, please contact us and we will do everything we can to personally assist you. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to local Customs processes.

How do I track my package?

We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships out.

Can I choose a different carrier or a faster shipping option for my order?

We’re able to offer expedited shipping at an additional charge. Please email us prior to placing your order at or message us on Facebook or Instagram for more specific details. We are not able to alter your shipping once an order has been placed.

Help! There’s a problem with my order…

If there’s an issue with your package, please contact Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any reference numbers from the shipping carrier.

1. Placing Orders

When you are ready to purchase the items that you have placed in your cart, you can simply hover over the cart (located at the top right of the page) and you will be directed either directly to check out or to your cart. Check that you are happy with the products in your bagOnce orders have been submitted, you will be unable to add any more items or make further changes. If you have a gift card or discount code, remember to enter it here. When you are happy with the payment total of the order, you can then click ‘Proceed to checkout’ on the right of the page, or check out directly with Paypal.

Follow these simple steps to complete your order:

Step 1. Discounts

Ensure you have entered any relevant discount codes prior to proceeding with check out. These cannot be applied after the order has been placed.

Step 2. Billing & Shipping Information

Please complete all required sections. Please enter a mobile phone number where we can reach you should we need to discuss your order. Our couriers may also text you details of your delivery straight to your mobile number provided. Your privacy is very important to us and we promise not to pass your details onto any other 3rd party, unless specified in our privacy policy. If you are shipping to an alternative delivery address, please select ‘Ship to different address’ and complete the highlighted section. Add any order notes for delivery if required. Please select which methods you consent to receiving marketing information from us – we promise not to send spam, but will keep you updated with the latest offers and new products!

Step 3. Shipping Method

You can now review your delivery method.  We aim to ship your order the same working day as long as it has been received before 2.00pm. If you wish to change to a different shipping method, just make your selection and click ‘Continue’. You can review all changes before you pay. Step 4. Payment Information

You should now be at the payment stage where you can select your payment method. Currently we accept card, Klarna and PayPal payments. If you choose PayPal, you will be directed to their site to complete the payment.  If you select Klarna, they will contact you directly to organise payment. Please ensure you have read the relevant terms and conditions, privacy notices and cookies notices.

Step 5. Order Review

Please spend a minute to review your order one last time. Remember, we can’t make any changes to the order once it has been submitted to us. Once you are happy with your details, you can go ahead and complete your order by clicking ‘Place order’. Once all payment information has been entered, you will receive your order confirmation email.

2. Amending Orders

We are not able to amend orders once confirmed.

Once you have confirmed your order online, it is immediately directed to our warehouse for processing. This is a seamless process that takes place via our computer system which means that we are not able to amend any orders. Once you have received your order, if you decide an item(s) is not suitable, you can then return it.

3. Cancelling Orders

Once you have completed your order at checkout, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. We are not able to cancel orders after they have been placed. If you change your mind and decide you do not want your order and wish to cancel, you will need to return the whole order once it has been delivered to you as per the returns instructions below. All postage and handling charges associated with returning the goods to Regeneration Yoga are your responsibility.


4. Returns

We want all our customers to fall in love with their chosen items. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return within 30 days of purchase.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Where possible we ask that you return all items in their original packaging. If you have broken seals on any items, please return all other labels and materials. Items that have been used cannot be returned. Any items that have clearly been used will be not refunded even if they are returned to us. Any rejected returns cannot be reshipped and will be destroyed upon receipt.

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back. Regeneration Yoga cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us. You may be able to claim compensation through your chosen return service if you have proof of postage.

Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.


5. Shipping

All our products are shipped without plastic packaging!

All orders aim to be shipped within 1-2 business days.

UK Delivery Times:

We send your order via 48hr tracked shipping via Royal Mail. If you have made your order from outside the mainland UK, your shipping times may be longer.

International Delivery Times:

10-15 days via International Carrier, but be aware customs departments may hold your package and prolong this period of time. Customs/import charges are not included in the shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise.

6. Exchanges

We are not able to offer an exchange service on unwanted goods. This ensures that we can maintain high stock levels and keep an up-to-date inventory at all times.

The quickest and easiest way for you to get exactly what you want in a different colour or size is to simply return the unwanted item and order another.

As we operate in a service industry we have built our business around a complete service promise. Quality is at the very heart and when you place an order with us you can be guaranteed that what we deliver to you matches your specifications and expectations.

3. The Contract with You

3.1 Your order. Your order is an offer to Regeneration Yoga Ltd to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product(s) from Regeneration Yoga Ltd we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order and including the details of your order (our “Order Confirmation”). When we send you the Order Confirmation this does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. It is simply an acknowledgement that we have received your order. Our acceptance of your offer, and conclusion of the sale of a product(s) to you, will take place when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched to you. At this point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for; because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to make delivery within a reasonable timescale due to issues with stock availability.

3.3 Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we receive your order. 4.1 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of our products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all devices accurately reflect the colours of our products. Your product therefore may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, the sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our Website for our products have a reasonable tolerance of difference.

4.2 Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

4.3 Discounts

We offer a number of discount codes – please note these discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, sales or price reductions. One discount code may be used per order and any discount codes are for personal use only. Anyone misusing discount codes or publishing them against our expressed written consent will lead to the discount code being removed and it may render any orders invalid. Discount codes may be valid for a specific period of time, and extension of these is at the discretion of Regeneration Yoga Ltd. Discount codes can be removed or altered without prior notice.

5. Delivery and Shipping of Products

5.1 We offer free UK mainland shipping on all orders. Please note this excludes post codes beginning AB, KW, IV, PA and PH except AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30 and AB39, PA1 to 19 and PH1 to PH3

5.2 Delivery

(a)  Please choose your preferred method of delivery on checkout, options may vary depending on delivery address. Please ensure your delivery details and especially the delivery country is correct. Domestic (UK Mainland) shipping is free as standard for orders.

(b)  We‘ll send you an email when your order is despatched, containing your tracking number. We use a tracked service for orders, so it’s important that there is someone in to receive the goods. If delivery isn’t possible after a number of attempts it may be returned to sender. If this isn’t possible, we recommend you have it shipped to an alternative delivery address (such as your work, a friend’s or neighbour’s house). We can’t deliver to PO Boxes or packstation addresses. Delivery to hotel addresses is at your own risk. Please be sure to state your room number. Please note that delivery times quoted are for your guidance only and are not guaranteed.

(c) Please be aware that courier notes containing extra information for delivery are at the discretion of the delivery driver to comply with. We employ a tracked service. If a delivery note expressing alternate delivery instructions is complied with and results in a lost parcel, any claim for compensation would be invalidated.

(d) If there is something within your order out of stock we will contact you, and either delivery the items separately, wait for the out of stock item to be in stock then arrange delivery of both, or refund your order.

(e) We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us by email on or via our website to discuss ending the contract, and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Free standard UK Mainland Delivery on all orders. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class or 48hr tracked delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

 (b) Northern Ireland, Isles of Man & Scilly, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight (and postcodes AB, PA and PH not listed above):

Free UK shipping on all deliveries, via Royal mail 48hr tracked delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.


Shipping via Royal mail, Parcelforce or their international courier partners. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

(c)    North America, Australia, the Far East and the rest of the world:
Charges are calculated automatically on our site and are based on the overall weight and volume of your order.  Delivery generally takes 3-8 working days after your order has been processed (although this isn’t guaranteed). If your country is not shown, please email us for a delivery quotation.

5.4 Damaged, incomplete & undelivered orders

(a)    My order was damaged in transit, what do I do?
We do our best to pack each order thoroughly and carefully, but on occasion, parcels do arrive damaged. In these instances please accept the parcel as DAMAGED and take clear photos of the parcel before you open it to inspect the contents. If you then find that the contents have been damaged or are missing, please contact us within 5 working days so we can raise a claim with the couriers. We will require photographs in order to progress your claim. Although we may still be able to raise a claim after this time it may be rejected by the courier company. If you sign for a damaged parcel you are accepting delivery in that condition. We will not be liable for any goods that have been damaged or went missing during transit.

(b)    I have an item(s) missing from my delivery, what do I do?
Firstly, ensure that your parcel was not damaged upon receipt. If it was, please follow the steps outlined above.
Our team will often wrap your items with paper and a card wrapper to offer some protection during transit. Please ensure that you open every parcel and remove everything from their boxes. If you discover that an item(s) is missing email us on ASAP to let us know or call our Customer Services team on +44(0)7458396292.  Our aim will be to get you your missing item(s) immediately. The only reason we would not be able to resend a missing item from your order is if the item(s) are out of stock.

(c)    I’ve been waiting for my order and it hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
We do our best to despatch items in a timely fashion. From time to time a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen reasons such as a delivery lorry breaking down or adverse weather. If you have a tracking number for your order, please go online to check for any updates direct from our couriers. You can find this in your despatch email confirmation.

On the rare occasion some parcels go missing, usually, the goods have just been misplaced by the courier or misrouted and will turn up within a couple of days. Please use your tracking code to check. If you have not received your order after you have received your despatch confirmation email, please get in touch with us so we can raise this investigation.
